Welcome to Main Street Mantels, a division of Chapman Cabinets Inc. in
Anderson SC. 
Our lines of
fireplace mantels, mantel pieces and surrounds come in classic, designer and elegant
styles including European, Roman, North African (Moroccan), Contractor / Builder and
Economy designs in straight, arched and architectural layout. We gave them names such as Charlotte,
Sierra, Milford, Mason, Halston, Anderson Arch, Roman Arch,
Moroccan, Campbell, Carolina Arch, Victor, Raleigh, European to resemble their styles.
We also build mantel shelves and mantel boxes in the same pattern
available as the regular mantels. Often a mantel shelf is called a mantel piece, mantel beam or mantel
cap.
All our catalog mantels allow for custom width and height at no
additional cost. Custom designs are available like the mantel cabinet to the right. Don't

What about the correct spelling for mantels, or is it mantles? The
answer is that both versions are correct. Mantle is used, where French influenced the
language. Mantel is the English version.

Mantels offers pre-fabricated and primed MDF* paint grade
mantels, mantel surrounds, and
mantel shelves in a variety of styles and
sizes. Our mantels are pre-assembled and primed
ready to be installed
and painted. Most mantels will be shipped in 3 pieces that are
easily
assembled for installation (typical assembly requires a Phillips head
screwdriver
or drill and will take approximately ten minutes). All mantels
come complete with
hardware needed for assembly. We guarantee our
mantels to be of the highest quality
materials and craftsmanship.
We will deliver or ship these mantels directly to your
job site or home
enabling you to complete your job on time and on budget, and we offer
pick up.
*MDF or medium density fiber core is a stable, dense and
smooth material used widely in the
woodworking industry, and is regarded to be the best
paint-grade material on the market.
Volume Pricing
The prices accompanying the mantel pages are retail.
Contractors receive a discount. Additional discounts may apply to multiple and bulk
orders.
